You can get into any branch of VLCC, as the courseware is the same everywhere. VLCC is a good institute, if you want to go for a massage course.

Hi,
IIPM, Lucknow is an autonomous and non-profit making institute established in 1998 by Sapt Rishi Society for Social and Educational Development, an organisation registered by U.P. Govt.
As for your second part of the question, both the things are quite similar with minute differences.
