For most colleges which has M.A. Economics in the regular schedule, the class timings are from 9 or 10 am to 3 or 4pm. Otherwise, open learning classes take place only on the weekends.

It depends on a particular college. Every university has there own set of rules and regulations. So you can contact directly with the preferred university.

Yes. If you are in a college under PU such as GGDSD in this case, you still need to give entrance for getting into the main campus. The students pursuing Hons. Course from the campus as promoted to the post-graduate course without any entrance.

Let me tell you that this condition might be the same or a bit high for you in IGNOU but this situation won't retain for more than a semester if you really get into the subject.
