To obtain admission to the M.A. in Public Administration course at HPU Regional Centre, Dharamshala, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Admission is through the HPU entrance test, and hence the applicants should prepare and sit for the exam. The application process involves completing the online form on the HPU official website, uploading the documents, and submitting the application fee (INR 700 general and INR 350 reserved categories).
