Yes, this course is available, but Umair you should go for a regular course, reason being, a part-time course will merely help you in getting a degree or Diploma but for practical and hands-on experience, you should join a regular course. The best fashion designing colleges are:

Hi,
Firstly congratulations on completing MA.
Now for UGC NET exam, I would suggest you apply as soon as possible because last date of UGC NET 2019 application form filing is 30th March 2019. NTA will be conducting this exam in June 2019 and dates are from 20 June to 28 June as exam will be in computer based mode. You can apply at official website. To know steps on how to apply for this exam, refer to this link- https://examsmode.blogspot.com/2019/03/steps-to-apply-for-ugc-net-exam.html
Also, as you have more than 2 months for preparation, get the best study material for that and start preparation as per the exam pattern and syllabus. Yo
