Every college has a different schedule for releasing its application form. Like for Calcutta University, the forms will be made available in July. So decide on the college in which you plan to apply and keep a track of their official notifications regarding admission.

Amity University-Mumbai is one of the best universities in India. The quality of knowledge and experience is great. There is a very good exposure where you can engulf yourself in lot of activities which keeps going in the campus. The placement department is also very active and very supportive. You have a very different experience that you won't find anywhere else either, if you are from different field, they will guide you from basics and make sure you get the knowledge from the root for your better future. Yes, Amity University Mumbai is a good choice for MA in Communication.
