As per the official notification, candidates who are going to appear in UGC NET Examination must possess the post-graduation degree from the recognised university with minimum 55% marks. The marks will be calculated overall including the all the semester's marks. Previously CBSE was the conducting agency of the UGC NET exam. From December 2018 the National Testing Agency also known as NTA will conduct the exam twice a year. After earning B.Ed degree, you will be eligible to get a job in secondary and higher secondary schools. You can teach both the subjects as you have specialisation in both.
