Hi,
Yes, you can enroll in CFA you are eligible. Register yourself through their website. You can take simultaneously. But, it's hard to maintain. Focus on the Single thing either CFA or M.Com

It can be beneficial a little but if you go for B.Ed then it would be more useful that LLB because it is a relevant course to the teaching profession.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Accounts/ research / academics/teaching area then M.Com is better. However, if you want to move into general management then MBA is better.

You cannot apply for M.Com with 49%. To apply for PG courses you should score more than 50% to apply for the entrance exam of M.Com, and for other PG courses too.

The question papers can be purchased from any book store. You can also search on YouTube as many users upload it with their videos in gheir descriptions. You can download them from their drive link and store it in your computer.

I don't think, so because minimum eligibility criteria to get admission in IGNOU is to have a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject i.e. B.Com. I think you'll have to clear your supplement first and then you can apply for IGNOU.

Yes, but take care that year of getting the degree is different. For example, if you get B.Ed degree in 2022 then try getting M.Com degree in 2023.
