For MBA from a reputed B-school you need to appear in entrance exams conducted by various b-schools. Some of these are- CAT, MAT, XAT, IIFT, TISS, etc and for M.Com you need a percentage of more than 50% atleast to get a chance in a decent college or university, it may vary between different college /University /Institutes

It should not affect your chances for higher studies. The quality of the student is assessed, not of the college.

Hi,
If you are keen to do HR, try MA from TISS as they have it in HR & International relation. The admission is through entrance and the fee for 2 years is around 60k. The placements by TISS will be any way better than any M.Com. Check here for more details:

Dear Ravi,
Yes you can pursue Ca programme but according to me that will not a wise decision in term of total duration of programme is 3-4 years and you have to give full attention and time too for study to crack the exam.
In other case you can plan for Mba-finance that will be complete in next 2 years from good b-school and you can see your career with good growth and salary too.
Rest you can decide according to your career aim or interest.
All the best
