MCom as a degree hash lost its value as far as getting a job is concerned. Companies need professional qualifications like CA, CS, CMA, MBA, etc. MCom is just a masters degree for sake of it.

Hello Nidhi,
MBA is the best choice for you; it will give you a ladder to get straight entry into higher management. If you go for conventional programs like marketing, HR, Finance then the degree won't help you much. As these fields are over saturated so there is no scope left in them. You should go for unconventional programs which are untouched or unexplored like Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation, Energy trading etc. For more information about such specializations, visit: http://www.up

Hi Ayushi,
Regular courses are definitely preferable however if you are doing CA, then you may go ahead with distance education.
The distance program is the best option for a working professionals and students who have time constraints and wish for flexibility in the program.
This degree will help you to upgrade your skills in order to hold higher positions in the organization.
