You can pursue a MDes in Interior Design after completing your bachelor's degree in History, however, many top Design colleges in India require a bachelor's degree in a related field. Since, History is not relevant to Interior Design, you may need to bridge the gap with some certification or Diploma courses before opting for an  MDes in Interior Design.
Meanwhile, some colleges may also need you to show your work portfolio to offer admission to the program. It is important to thoroughly research about the eligibility criteria of the college you're seeking admission.
