No, BDes is not mandatory to obtain to be eligible for MDes Product Design admission. You can have a bachelor's degree in any discipline relevant to your field such as Industrial Design, Automobile Design, etc. Many BTech graduates also opt for MDes programs based on their interests and future goals.

No, there's no age limit to pursue an MDes in Product Design course in India. However, you'll still need to fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the specific institution. The basic requirement is to obtain a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised university.

There are more than 50 colleges in India providing MDes Product Design programs. These colleges include both government and private institutions and the course fee structure of these colleges vary depending on the college rating, course curriculum, placement records, etc. However, the average course fee ranges between INR 18,000 to INR 30 Lakh.

Regarding placements, specific data for the M.Des. in Textile Design programme is not publicly available. Prospective students are encouraged to contact the admissions office directly for detailed information on placement opportunities and support services.As per some review there is very less placement reocerd and also woth the lower package which is quite less.for more accurate contact alumini of this college or college directly.

Candidates are required to submit some of the important documents at the time of filling out the application form for the MDes course at Pearl Academy Jaipur and at the time of reporting to the college's campus. List of the documents is as follows:  

  • Scanned copy of a passport-size photograph (photo should be recent in preferably white background in .jpg format only and the file size shall not be more than 1 MB)
  • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
  • Entrance exam score card
  • Graduation Degree Certificate
  • ID proof

The institute conducts Pearl Academy Entrance Exam (PAF) for admission to its MDes courses. PAF Entrance Exam consists of General Proficiency Test (GPT) for UG. In this test, the students are evaluated based on their aptitude, career focus, ability to express themselves, potential as a team member, eligibility to pursue the programme, and communication skills.
