TGT or Trained Graduate Teachers should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognised university with 50% marks or above in aggregate as well as in the concerned subject for recruitment and B.Ed or equivalent qualification from a recognised university.
As per this, you may apply for it.

Overall, 5.5 band is required in most of the universities in Australia. If you have that score, then you can apply through online procedure.

Hi Arvind,
For applying to M.Ed in special visual impairment candidate must have completed B.Ed Special Education (Visual Impairment) course with a minimum of 50% from any of the recognized institution of RCI. Admission shall be done through post-graduate entrance test merit list for M.Ed (special).

Admission Criteria for M.Ed.
1) Those who have done their B.Ed degree can pursue Master's Degree in Education.
2) Percentage of marks varies from institute to institute though 50-55% marks in B.Ed/B.El.Ed is the most common percentage.
3) The admission to the course is based on merit, the admission procedure and mode of selection may vary from university to university.
4) Some universities or states conduct their own entrance examination, to select deserving candidates.
Remember:
M.Ed Subjects are based on one's choice of stream in B.Ed. Depending on that one can specialize in that Subject.
