Hello Shivram Shinde, as you must be aware, admissions in Maharashtra to engineering colleges are based on ranking in MHT CET. If you have good ranking then you should get admission. The eligibility criteria of M.FTech of NIFT is given below:Educational Qualification for Masters Programme in Fashion Technology- M.FTech (Master of Fashion Technology) : B.FTech. From National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) or B.E / B.Tech. From any Institute / University recognised by law in India.Age criteria : No upper age limit.Note : Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply provided: That they produce a proof of having acquired the minimum prescribed qualifications at the time of counselling/ admission. M.Des is masters of fashion designing, for which you need to appear for CAT ,GAT and having 50% in any degree is the eligibility, M.FTech is Masters in fashion technology for which you need to appear for GAT and you need to have 50% in a degree of a AICTE approved college is the eligibility.

No, you cannot pursue the M.FTech programme. As per NIFT prospectus, the eligibility criteria of M.FTech is as under. Eligibility criteria: B.FTech. From National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) or BE / B.Tech from any Institute / University recognized by law in India.
