Hi Shiv Das,
71% is a good score. You will find many options but it will be a challenge in Canada, still, try.
Check the skill shortage lists of the country for opportunities in mining. International students must take IELTS. Some universities may require GRE. Excellent SOP and LORs will be required.

MS in Ireland is a very broad term. Ireland, overall, is good for computer and gaming industry. So it depends on what you want to study.

Hi Pejush, MS and M.Sc's full forms are same, but these two degrees are totally different. MS is a professional course whereas M.Sc. Covers a wide base of knowledge and skills. Candidates who wish to pursue M.Sc. Degree should have a B.Sc. Degree in any of the Science subjects. But the candidates who have pursued their Bachelors degree in any subject can pursue MS degree.

It is one-year post graduation degree in Ireland. After one year of study, you will be given a post study work visa for two years. Hence you can get a job and work after studies. You have to clear IELTS. You need 6.5 bands overall and for each component, minimum 6 bands are required in IELTS for Ireland post graduation admission.

Hi, BE CSE 70% is excellent. Since you have 1 year of experience and have certificate courses, it surely adds to your skill sets and abilities. But indeed, if there is some gap after the 1 year of work experience or even if your work experience is most recent, in either case, I suggest you take another year's work experience. 2-3 years of hands-on work experience post the under graduation helps to make a smooth transition to Masters. Projects and live scenarios and internships too assist in gathering recommendations and references.
In the 1st year that you work, browse and explore what course in Masters you want to do, what is the dura

Where do you want to study? Germany or Canada? Anyways, yes, you can plan for 2019. Wherever you decide to study you should start the application process a year before the intakes. You should check university websites for deadlines and follow the application timeline provided by them. Gaining work experience till you apply will be a strong point on your application.
