No, GRE is not required for MS in UK or Australia only IELTS is required, if you are looking at post study work and PR then Australia is a better choice, however enroll for a 2 year course as only then you will be eligible for PR. Cost wise UK is lesser as it is only a 1 year course but no PSW or PR.

This is not true. Availability of job is dependant on the area of study. The student's exposure to industry during the study. Also, it is very important to involve in various networking forums to find potential employers even while you are in school. Having a previous professional experience will come handy.
