Yes, 7.5 CGPA is a good score for many universities. Most German universities ask for minimum 7.0 or 7.5. But for very top colleges like TUM, competition is high, so you might need more marks or good GRE score. Also, your subject credits matter more than just CGPA.

Many scholarship are there for international students from external organization and universities. These scholarship lessen financial burden which are caused by daily cost. Also they see good academic, leadership and research ability which allows the students to focus on development of the career. Those graduates who have completed MBBS in Germany are eligible to work in Germany after studies. International individuals can work for up to 18 months as part of their post study work permit in Germany. During these 18 months, candidates can work on their own initiative and take on any type of work to support themselves and once they get job related to their qualification, applicants can apply for long term residence permit or EU Blue Card. Since Germany face shortage of medical professional, MBBS graduates have high chance of employability within country especially if fluent in German language.

Applicants planning to study in Germany would require German Student Visa for their entire duration of stay while completing their degree. Student visa would also allow students access to part-time work for 20 hours a week for entire duration of study or 120 full or 240 half days per year. Candidates should note that on completion of their study, they would be allowed 18 months post-study period to find employment in their field of study. Candidates will have to pay around EUR 110 as visa application fee. Generally, the processing time for a Residence Permit visa is 3 months (8 to 12 weeks).

In most cases, GRE is not required. Few technical universities may ask for it. Even if it's optional, a good GRE score can help your profile look better, especially if your GPA is low.

Most universities ask for minimum 3.0 GPA out of 4.0. In Indian marks, that is around 65% to 70%. Some places may accept less also, but for top colleges, try to have higher score.

No, not really. Most MS in Computer Science in Germany programs are in English. But if you know some German, it helps you in finding part-time jobs or talking to local people. For jobs after study, knowing German can be useful too.
