It is not possible to tell a specific amount as an average salary for an MSc in Home Science in India. Home Science is a broad field and you can literally join many industries like Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Social Work, Design, and more.
Suppose, If you're working as a Nutritionist in India, your fresher's level salary will be around INR 3.5 LPA. Similarly, if you opt for a Fashion Design profession, you'll be able to around more than INR 4 LPA in your initial years. I hope this will help you.

  • You must have completed a bachelor’s degree in any related field like Home Science, Food Science, Biology, Life Sciences, Nutrition and Dietetics, etc. from a recognised university.
