No, M.Sc. in Physics is a regular course offered by Delhi University. For correspondence course, you can go to private university.

This link will tell about your eligibility criteria that IIT JAM is not necessary but if you are not eligible on this basis then there will be written test would.be taken.
IIT Jam cut-off range may lie between 14 -16.
