If you have successfully completed B.Sc from a recognized college/university, you can directly apply for this course. You can visit the official website of the university and apply online with the required information. The admission will be based on merit, i.e., your score of B.Sc.

Hi, since you are from a different university you are not eligible for admission through merit basis and you'd only get admission through an entrance exam. The forms for registering for DU is available in it's official website, do check them soon.

Yes, you can apply but application process is closed and test will be on 8 July 2018, so you may apply next year in 2019.
