There is very good scope for M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics. Firstly, you can go for PhD and eventually, you can become an assistant professor at any IIT or NIT. You can also get into research and land up being a scientist at DRDO/BARC/ISRO. You can also go for higher studies at IISc or join NET JRF, etc. Lastly, you can get a high paid job at IIT/Medical coaching institutes as professors.
BITS Pilani, Hyderabad is certainly a very good college to go for. You can also try doing a dual degree there and get your desired stream of engineering provided you maintain 8.5+ CGPA in your first year.

Yes, you can. The basic eligibility for M.Sc is to have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60% from a recognised university. So, if you fulfil other essential criteria as well, you may take admission.

JECRC offers admission in M.Sc physics on the basis of marks obtained. It does not depend upon your percentage but on the number of candidates applying. You simply have to register online for physical counseling cum admission before June 16. Hope its helpful.
