You can also browse some college sites which clearly state all details of admission criteria. Like I know the web site of LPU would inform you of the eligibility for a course, admission criteria as well as the scholarship for which you would be eligible including the scholarships it offers to aid education in such grim conditions of COVID. You can take admission in between May to july month. college consider the admission also in august but they will charge some amount as a late fine.
