Yes, you can apply for M.Sc from JNU or any other universities in Delhi provided that you have a minimum of 50% score. But, JNU has not reputed college.

You must have a studied Mathematics in your graduation, if you are studied mathematics as subjects then you are eligible to apply for Master degree programme in Mathematics.
