It's obviously better to go for M.Sc. Once you finish your Bachelor's degree, there no sense in doing it again. Always look forward to the next level. If you meant MBA then I would say go for the MBA depending on the course. Career wise an MBA would be the better option.

Hi,
I highly recommend going with an MBA as it has better future prospects which will definitely lead to a good job and yes there are some colleges who offer direct admission to MBA but pre-requisite is that you need to hold a Bachelor's degree with 40% minimum.

College professors need at least a Master's Degree. However, in many cases, a Doctoral Degree is required as well. While in school, those desiring to become a college professor should participate in available internships or employment opportunities that could enhance their teaching and research experience.

Hi,
I think you will not get satisfactory answer to your question at this platform. You should check with your School Authorities for the same - I think there is some provision of study leave, but not sure for how long and will it be all with pay? So I think Your School Authorities will guide you better.
