Application process is completely online. Candidates must visit the official website to register themselves for admission. The steps of application process are as follows:
Visit the official website i.e. www.patnauniversity.ac.in.
Click on "Apply Online Application for PUPGAF ".
A new window appears depicting links of New Registration and Login.
Candidates applying for the first time must click on New Registration link and must register themselves with basic details.
Candidates will receive login credentials on their registered mobile number and email.
Now, login and fill up the application form for admission.
Upload the documents such as scanned copy of photograph and signature.
Preview the filled-in application form and finally submit it.
Take printout of filled in application form and after enclosing it with relevant documents, send it to:

Application form along with documents must be sent through speed post / registered post. The envelope must be marked as PGDAM 2019.
Required Documents
Documents must be sent along with the printout of the filled in application form. Xerox copies of documents must be attached which are as follows:
Class 10th marksheet
Class 12th marksheet
Graduation marksheet
Valid ID proof such as Driving License, Passport, Aadhar card.
Application Fee
Candidates must pay the application fee through any one of the modes i.e. Offline or Online.
In Online mode, payment can be made through Credit card, Debit card or Net banking.
In Offline mode, candidates not having Net Banking facility/ Credit Card or ATM-cum Debit Card, can pay the fee in cash at any branch of Allahabad Bank through the Challan downloaded from the Admission Portal. Candidate will be able to download the duly filled up Allahabad Bank challan from the Admission Portal only when you select the "cash payment" option while filling the application form online.

M.Sc Chemistry is a 2-year career-oriented postgraduate course which comprises a broad variety of modules in chemistry from among which students can choose to specialize in any. The basic eligibility to pursue it is a graduate degree from a recognized college. The degree should be in Chemistry or an allied discipline. M.Sc in Astrophysics is a full-time postgraduate course which covers both theoretical and observational aspects of astrophysics, with the course modules consisting of one compulsory module focused on building research skills in Astrophysics, and a variety of different optional modules that focus on topics such as Stars and Nebula, Gravitational Dynamics, and Accretion Physics. M.Sc Mathematics is a postgraduate programme of two years, subdivided into four semesters. The main objective of this course is to give first-hand knowledge in advanced applied mathematics and forefront research experience. The basic eligibility criteria set is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with mathematics as the main subject, from any recognized university or board. M.Sc. In Earth Science is a 2-year long course divided into 4 semesters, minimum qualification for which is a B.Sc. In Geology from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 60%. The course offers advanced insight into a number of disciplines such as oceanography, hydrology, geology, volcanology, geomagnetism, soil Science, and astronomy etc. To familiarize eligible candidates with the earth as a comprehensive system instead of isolated processes and fields.
