Visit the official website i.e. www.patnauniversity.ac.in.
Click on "Apply Online Application for PUPGAF ".
A new window appears depicting links of New Registration and Login.
Candidates applying for the first time must click on New Registration link and must register themselves with basic details.
Candidates will receive login credentials on their registered mobile number and email.

I highly recommend going with an MBA as it has better future prospects which will definitely lead to a good job and yes there are some colleges who offer direct admission to MBA but pre-requisite is that you need to hold a Bachelor's degree with 40% minimum.

I think you will not get satisfactory answer to your question at this platform. You should check with your School Authorities for the same - I think there is some provision of study leave, but not sure for how long and will it be all with pay?
