Following are the details of the entrance exam conducted by the Utkal University is around in the month of May and application process starts from April and exam is conducted in between first week to second week of may. I hope this may help.

Yes, as you have queried, Public Universities in Germany do not charge any tuition fees. However, one may have to pay a token towards administrative charge. You can apply for MSc in Food and Nutrition. The Eligibility criteria for MSc in the Food and Nutrition is that candidate have to qualify BSc with at least 50%. So, you can apply for MSc in Food and Nutrition!
