Just obtaining a degree in M.Sc. Is not sufficient to qualify to open a medical business. There are many other steps that need to be followed to open such a business, are mentioned below:
How to Start a Pharmacy Business:
1) Business Registration
2) Tax Registrations
3) Pharmacy License or Drug License

Hi Nafiya, It is a decent university and ranks below 100 in USA. You should also try to apply to some more universities probably in a better and higher position than McNeese otherwise there are many universities and colleges in India also. Hi Sonia, Clearly, it depends on what kind of job you wish to do after studying. Please ask yourself whether you want a research oriented work, do you want to work in embedded systems, do you like telecommunications, do you want to shift your career and do management and so on. There is no particular stream which is good or bad but depends on your own interest. Please make a career goal and figure out what to do and decide accordingly. You can also get a job and work for 1-2 years while exploring your interests.
