The admission process for the course is varied, as various institutes have their very own criteria and processes of admission. 6.6 CGPA is a not a very good score to apply into a MS Computer Science program in Canada. Around 75% is required. Additionally, a very strong research oriented profile is required. You can check this link and check the requirements and apply to universities that match closely with your profile:

Admission requirements vary from university to university. Since, you have a PG you should be eligible since most MPH degrees require applicants to either hold a PG or have some work experience. Additionally, you must take GRE or MCAT and IELTS or TOEFL. You have to check these requirements on university websites and prepare accordingly. Famous schools for MPH include John Hopkins University, Brown University, The University of Arizona, University of California at Berkeley and so on.
