Every university and country has its own admission requirements. International students must take the IELTS or TOEFL. You may also be required to take the GRE if you are applying to universities in US or any top ranked university. Wageningen University, The Australian National University, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Agro Paris Tech, etc. are some world famous agricultural universities in the world. Yes, you are eligible because as per the eligibility criteria, one should have a Master's degree in relevant stream with a minimum of 55-60% ( percentage bar could vary from university to university).
And you have to take a test and face an interview in respect to the university admission process.
You need to take the same for the particular University in which you want to apply.

Entry to this course is exactly in line with entry for other degree courses of engineering. At national level you have to appear for JEE Mains and at state level you have to appear for state level entrance exam. Preparing for exam involves studying every subject every day, assigning some time for exercise, some time for entertainment and giving as many mock tests as possible.
