It is not advisable, but you can complete your MBA. Later, you can go for SAP SD or digital marketing courses. MBA in IT may not be advisable. Further, there is no course such as MBA IT in India.

After completing M.Sc. in statistics, you can opt the following options:
One can appear for the Civil Service Aptitude Test (CSAT) and enter into Indian Statistical Services (ISS). One can join National Council of Applied Economic and Research as Junior Research Fellow.
Other job profiles available are Foreign exchange trader, investment analyst, quality control analyst, trend analyst, cost estimator, etc.

Yes, you can as you have chemistry and zoology subject, which is useful for M.Sc in medicine. If you attempt for any entrance exam, they will ask you for these subjects, then you will have more chances to qualify it. I will suggest you to look some colleges, which allow you to choose M.Sc in medicine.
