You can opt for B.Ed after completing M.Sc. in CS. Doing so will make you qualified for PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) and you will be able to teach higher classes.

You haven't specified the subject. So, here are the requirements:
1. A final or current undergraduate degree transcript (and an official translation) - scanned copy in colour of the original Document Degree certificate (and an official translation)
2. if you have already completed your degree - scanned copy in colour of the original document 2 references on headed paper (academic and/or professional - see programme entry requirements)
3. Any additional document specifically listed under 'Entry requirements' on the Postgraduate Taught degree programmes A-Z
Copy of your passport (photopage) - non-EU applicants only

Go for M.Sc in IT, that may be helpful to you for your career. Do not switch company immediately until you get a good option because the present company provides you a good opportunity. Do not leave it, later after completion of your M.Sc, you may try to shift. All the best.

There are a lot of options for M.Sc in chemistry
You can clear NET/SET and you will be eligible as a lecturer.
Or you can work as an analyst, scientist, research associate, a technician in pharma, chemical, environmental, food processing, dairy industry or can go for administrative services or for other state and central govt. jobs

No, you get it once you complete MSc. During M.Phil period, you get the grant which continues till the PhD.

Are you B.Sc Chemistry graduate? If yes, and If you have the required score, then you can get admission to M.Sc Chemistry. Check for details in MS University's website for application form and eligibility criteria.

You should consider M.Sc in biotechnology only as it is a booming field and Canada is one of the top countries for making a career in the biotechnology field. Also, it will be relevant to your educational background. If you have other interests you can choose accordingly.
