Three years degree is accepted in UK and MS management. You do not require work experience. You need good grades, a GRE or GMAT and a good IELTS score.

You need to save you time as well. Any qualification should be targeted with a definite aim and should be a part of a plan. Degrees are not for an ornamental purpose. So, think carefully and work out.
