You need a minimum of M.Sc/ M.Tech to get an entry level job. As biotechnology syllabi in most colleges include most of the topics taught in life sciences, you should find it relatively easier to choose and Excel in any field you do your M.Sc in. The hottest fields right now are molecular biology, computational biology, biochemistry, genetics etc. You can also apply for Pharma. You can also study law, specialising in bioethics.
