The eligibility criteria for MSc in Mathematics for candidates wishing to apply must have a graduation degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute. They need to sit for the university entrance exam and after the declaration of the written test result, qualifying candidates will proceed for the Group Discussion.

I definitely think that you are eligible to pursue this course since you have done the basic graduation in Science in a very similar subject.
