- Educational Background: An Bachelor’s degree in; biological sciences, physics, food science, nursing, pharmacy or any other related field (link unavailable).

Yes, you can take admission into NIMAS for the M.Sc. programme even if you do not have MAKAUT CET because the NIMAS may consider direct admissions strictly on merit basis based upon your academic performance in earlier studies. For example, depending upon marks obtained in your relevant bachelor's degree.
