Every college has their own admission requirements for giving admission. You can go through the basic list of documents usually needed for getting admission to M.Tech courses:
• B.E/ B.Tech Mark Sheet with at least 55% marks
• Provisional Mark Sheet (if original one is not issued yet)
• Entrance Exam Score card and Admit Card Copy
• Class 12 Mark Sheet
• A Valid ID Proof like Aadhar Card, PAN, Passport, etc.

To get admission to M.Tech courses at the NITs in India, you must secure at least 60% marks in your BTech/B.E degree in a relevant engineering field. For reserved category candidates, the marks eligibility requirement is usually 55%. In addition, you must appear for and clear the GATE examination. You must secure very good marks and a decent rank in the GATE exam to be eligible for admission.
