• B.E/ B.Tech Mark Sheet with at least 55% marks
• Provisional Mark Sheet (if original one is not issued yet)

BVRIT Hyderabad M.Tech application process is inclusive of the TS PGECET 2025. To apply for TS PGECET 2025,  candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the intermediate examination (class 12th) or equivalent under the Board, with optional subjects. TS PGECET 2025 application form includes payment of fees, filling out the application form, uploading a photograph and signature, and taking a printout of the application form. 

The TS PGECET 2025 application fee is INR 1100/- (for other candidates) and INR 600 (for SC/ST and PwD candidates).

To get admission to M.Tech courses at the NITs in India, you must secure at least 60% marks in your BTech/B.E degree in a relevant engineering field. For reserved category candidates, the marks eligibility requirement is usually 55%. In addition, you must appear for and clear the GATE examination. You must secure very good marks and a decent rank in the GATE exam to be eligible for admission.
