Yes, COER University accepts MTech applications in physical mode. Students interested in applying offline can visit the university’s campus.  At the campus, the inquiry forms are available at the admissions office. Students must fill out the form and attach scanned copies of the required documents. After that, they must pay the registration fees of INR 1,000 at the office.
