M.Tech Eligibility

The candidates with a valid BTech degree in ECE/CS/IT/EE or related disciplines, MCA, or an MSc/MS in ECE/CS/IT/EE or related disciplines with at least 60% aggregate are eligible to take admission. MTech eligibility at IIIT Bhagalpur requires students to have valid GATE score in the relevant discipline. Students should have BTech degree in the relevant discipline with minimum of 60 percent marks or equivalent CGPA (55% for SC/ST candidates). Non-GATE students can apply through the institution's official website and appear for the written test and personal interview.

 To get admission to M.Tech at NIT Trichy, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. Aspirants need to be graduated with minimum 60% aggregate with BE/BTech from a recognised University. Admission is conducted based a valid GATE score. The applicant further must submit the documents at the time of form filling and admission procedure as a proof of eligibility.

The eligibility criteria for the M.Tech course at IIIT Allahabad is that the candidate must have a BTech/ MSc in an allied discipline from a recognised university/ institute with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST candidates) or equivalent. The course is available in four main specialisations. The M.Tech specialisations are Information Technology, Data Science and Analytics, Bioinformatics, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. Admission to the M.Tech course at IIIT Allahabad is based on scores in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), followed by CCMT counselling.

For admission to IIT Mandi MTech, you need Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology or MSc or MCA with at least 60% aggregate in the relevant discipline from a recognised university. In addition, applicants with BE/ AMIE exam scores can also apply.
