The Indian Institute of Information Technology Guwahati (IIIT Guwahati) offerd two years M.Tech programme under multiple sprcialisations, including Computer Science & Engineering. The BTech CSE eligibility criteria is as follows:
- Candidates with BE/BTech degree in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology / equivalent programme.
- Candidates with MSc (Computer Science/Information Technology)
- Graduates (AMIETE) from the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) in Computer Science and Engineering
- MCA from a recognised Institution.

The minimum eligibility requirement at Datta Meghe College of Engineering for M.Tech programs is a minimum of 50% aggregate in a Bachelor's degree. Additionally, there is a relaxation to 45% for SC/ST and other reserved categories
Applicants should also have a valid GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) score as an essential requirement for admission
Candidates who have completed their Bachelor's degree through distance education or part-time mode are not eligible for the M.Tech programme at Datta Meghe College of Engineering
