BE/BTech in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate is the basic eligibility for admission to the M.Tech programme offered at Ramaiah Institute of Technology. Karnataka candidates belonging to SC/ST & Category-l need a minimum of 45% aggregate to be eligible for the programme.

In order to get admission to M.Tech at NIT Allahabad, students need to be graduated with minimum 60% aggregate with BE/BTech from a recognised University.
