According to Maharajah's Post Graduate Institute cutoff 2024, the rank required to get a seat stood at 16267 under the General Home State quota. While analysing the cutoffs, it can be seen that the year-wise trend had been declined over the years. Wherein, 2023 and 2022 for the MBA course stood at 17733 and 23212, respectively.

Maharaj's Post Graduage College has offered MBA course based on APICET scores. With 53 and 78 percentile in 10th and 12th, it is easily possible to get into Maharaj's Post Graduate College. Although, there is no such criteria to attain a specific percentage. However, it is mandatory for the candidates to do complete their UG degree with 50% passing marks in any discipline from the UGC recognised university. Yes, you can get admission at Maharajah's Post Graduate College with a rank of, 15000 for the MBA specialisation. With reference to Maharajah's Post Graduate College cutoff 2024, the cutoff rank released was higher than 15000 which is 16297 for the General Home State category candidates. But if we look at how the cutoff ranks have changed over the past three years, we might see a lower cutoff rank for next year's admissions, but it might only be a small change. The cutoff for 2022 and 2023 for the MBA specialisation stood at 23212 and 16267 for the General HS quota.

Maharajah's Post Graduate College (MRPG) has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
CoursesEligibility
M.Sc.Candidates completed B.Sc./B.Sc. Vocational with Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry as one of the main subject along with any two other Science subjects from any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply.
MBA/PGDMCandidate must have completed Bachelor degree of 3/4 years duration with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute.
45% marks for BC categories.
Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible.
Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB.
Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission.
