You can choose specific subjects in the HSC improvement exam . It is not compulsory to take all subjects.

Yes, you can appear for the Maharashtra HSC exam for improvement in 2025.
The Maharashtra HSC board allows students who have passed their exams to reappear for the improvement in one or more subjects to enhance their scores.
All you have do is register as a Private candidate with the Maharashtra State board of secondary and higher secondary education (MSBSHSE).
The exams are held around the same time as the regular board exams for the next batch .As a passed out student you'll considered as a Private candidate for the improvement exams.
