I would be able to help you better, if you could specify the course that interests you. However, Pune university is one among the best in the country. But also, the college that you are attending also makes a big difference. Being closer to the city of Pune, Pune university offers better placement opportunities and better opportunities for preparing for higher education, vis-a-vis Shivaji university, that is located in Kolhapur.
