Dear Sanket,
Sydenham Mumbai accepts MAT score but cut-off and admission process for this year is not yet declared. The same is expected to be declared after CET test. Considering your marks in MAT, I would suggest you to wait for the cut-off.

Well, you can. Admission to M.Sc. Biotech at St. Xavier, Mumbai is done on the basis of B.Sc marks. You just need to apply there. Here is the link detailing about the course:
