If you are more passionate about IT I suggest you should pursue MCA
You may also look for evening M.Tech programme under Nagpur University if your job permit so

There is lots of colg in mumbai but i dont knw whether u got admission in that colgs or not.

Regarding preparation of CAT test I would suggest you to first start with self-preparation and stick to it for few weeks and revise your class 10 and 12th maths (CBSE/ICSE if possible) to strengthen your basics.
After few weeks of self study you may then consider joining some good coaching institute which offers quality coaching for CAT and various other management entrance tests.
The number of hours that you are required to put in depends on your individual aptitude however I would suggest you for self study of minimum of 3-4 hours daily apart from coaching.
