When I joined GIBS Bangalore, I wasn't as confident as I am now, especially when it came to presentations and speaking in front of people. During my PGDM, we had presentations, group projects and college activities that slowly helped me come out of my comfort zone. You get more comfortable with time because you keep interacting with different people and trying new things.

During my time at GIBS Bangalore, internships and live projects were actually a big part of my learning. I remember working on group projects where we had to sit together, discuss ideas, divide the work and then present everything. In the beginning, I wasn't always confident about speaking or presenting, but doing these activities regularly helped me get better at it.

Both programs are great value; however if your first concern is the ROI from fees and placement prospects, PGDM typically provides a better ROI. BBA is a fine base for a management career, while PGDM has superior placement assistance, better salary potential, and more industry exposure.
