The GIBS process for campus recruitment is well organized and supportive. They provide the students with pre-placement training that helps improve their communication, aptitude, and interview skills. After the training sessions, companies are invited to campus for recruitment and present their company profile and the jobs they are recruiting for. Following this, students are taken through multiple rounds of interviewing, which include the aptitude test, group discussion, personal interview, and possibly others, depending on the company's recruitment process. The placement cell coordinates all steps of the hiring process, thus facilitating smooth lines of communication between students and employers. During the entire season, students receive support from their professors and mentors to help them build their confidence and find the supply-demand match between their skills and career aspirations.

GIBS believes in continuous improvement in academic and institutional quality by collecting structured feedback from students and recruiters, mentoring reviews, classroom evaluations, placement interactions, and post-recruitment reports.
