The GIBS Faculty incorporates significant industry relevance in the classroom by utilizing real business experience with academic theory. Most faculty members have worked in corporate or consultancy roles prior to joining GIBS, allowing them to frequently use current business examples (both live and case studies), current business practices, and demonstrate industry trends in class. Classes typically have a combination of simulations, role play, live-case projects, and corporate assignments from real-world businesses. Additionally, the Faculty has a regular practice of hosting guest speakers from industry, alumni, and/or CXO's to provi

The new GIBS campus gives students lots of good facilities to live, study, and have fun. There are big smart classrooms with Wi-Fi, a large library full of books and online resources, and computer and innovation labs for practical work. Students can relax and eat in the cafeteria and hang out in common areas.

The campus has hostels for boys and girls with comfy rooms, gym, games and activities, plus sports grounds for cricket, football, basketball, badminton and even a swimming pool. There's also a big auditorium, seminar halls, dance and yoga rooms, and medical help if needed. Everything is built to help students learn, grow and enjoy

At GIBS Bangalore, the campus has modern classrooms with smart boards and Wi-Fi, so learning is not boring and feels more real. There's a digital library and labs where students can do research, use online books and tools, and work on cool projects. They also have innovation and start-up spaces where students can try business ideas and get support.

On top of that, places like seminar halls, conference rooms, and auditoriums are used for workshops, guest talks, and events that spark new thinking. All this modern infrastructure gives students a comfortable, tech-friendly place to learn, experiment, and come up with new ideas.

GIBS MindValley Campus is built in a way that makes learning feel more experiential than just academic. It's not only about sitting in classrooms — we had corporate sessions, workshops, simulations, bootcamps, and a lot of activity-based things that made concepts easier to absorb.

But honestly, what I liked the most was how they balance it with well-being. The campus has quiet corners, green spaces, sports zones, and chill areas where you can reset your mind when things get hectic. Even events like Mindfulness sessions, fitness activities, and student clubs help us stay in a better headspace.

Overall, the vibe is more like “learn, ex

At GIBS, internships and live projects are pretty regular. The college keeps bringing companies, tasks, and short-term projects throughout the course, so we get plenty of chances to work with corporates and try things in real time.

Honestly, it feels more practical than just classroom learning because we're constantly doing something for industry. It also helps with placements later since you already have multiple projects on your profile.

Through initiatives like IRE Talks, AI Feast, and similar student-led industry initiatives sponsored by GIBS, students who may be shy and reserved start their journey toward becoming successful leaders through the development of confidence through an incremental, structured, and realistic exposure to the business world, creating their confidence and skills as individuals.

Instead of putting students in high-pressure situations as soon as they enter college, these types of events provide a comfortable and supportive environment in which students interact with leaders, company founders, and professors on a more informal but still meaningf
