The university has not released the admission dates for 2025 batch. However, For the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) BA programme, admission is normally available from October/November to July/August. Prior to the announcement of the final-year exam results, applications can be submitted. In addition, if the results have yet to be released, admission will be granted provisionally

Though fee refund policy of MAHE is based on UGC Refund Policy, however, if students withdraw their application before 15 days of class commencement, full paid hostel fees will be refunded. If student withdraws after class commencement then INR 15000 will be deducted from hostel fee and remaining amount will be returned to student.

The two-year MBA programme at Manipal University offers four specialisations in addition to an MBA in Business Analytics. This course requires entrance-level admission. A valid score from recognised national exams is accepted by Manipal University. Students must be eligible to take one of the aforementioned tests and receive a valid score.
