Presidency University was established in 2010 owned by state while manipal was established in 2011 owned by private. Presidency University offers total 38 courses while Manipal offers total 105 courses.It has more opportunities of best placements and salary .
Thus, Presidency University is more best as compare to Manipal it is one of the best College in Kolkata.

Srishti Manipal has a moderately difficult admission process. Candidates first need to register for the course of their choice. If they have qualified any of the accepted national-level entrance-exam, they will be exempted from Test -1 of SMEAT. SMEAT is conducted by Srishti College for admission to courses. The selection to MBA course by Manipal University is based on CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT with at least 40 percentile. Candidates who have not appeared for any of the entrance exam can appear for online aptitude test by Manipal University. For all other MBA courses, selection is based on merit in the last qualifying exam.
