It depend upon your interest, passion, hard work that you have to do mean you have to study approximately 10 hour this year to get selected in JEE if you really do so then go for it. As every year competition are increasing day by day so you have to compete the test.
Still many private college who takes admission through your 12th marks so if you think you can't do best next year then join any private college.

Manipal is a good private institution with students placed in some great IT giants like Google, etc.

In my opinion, IMS - Noida is the best according to the rank given by the India Today and Outlook Magazines.

It depends on your marks.

You can go for it as it's a distance learning program so placements cannot be guaranteed.

I think you should choose CSE in Jaypee Noida SEC 62. Manipal Jaipur is not as good as it's main campus. Jaypee is best private engineeing college in Noida. Placement is also very good there.
