To open a clinic in India, it is necessary to be registered with the Pharmacy Council of India and have a valid license to practice as a pharmacist. Also, as DPharm is a Diploma course, the candidate may also be required to have further qualifications for admission. There are a total of 40 seats for the DPharm programme at Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The seat allotment procedure is carried out through counselling. MCOPS prepares DPharm cutoff list on the basis of applicants scores in the Manipal Entrance Test (MET). The cutoff list varies as it depends upon different factors, such as exam score, number of applicants, etc. In 2023, the cutoff rank was 420 for the General-All India category. Additionally, the cutoff rank in 2022 was 429. Only the students who meet the cutoff criteria become eligible for admission.

Candidates seeking admission to Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences DPharm course should first check the eligibility criteria. Eligible students can register and apply for the course. The students who have passed Class 12 with PCM/PCB from a recognised board can apply. 

The selection for the course admission is done based on Manipal Entrance Test (MET) scores. In addition, the scores of KCET may also be accepted for selection. Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences DPharm 2024 registrations are currently open. The aspirants must register and complete application form on or before Jul 15. This application end date is taken from the official website. Moreover, the MET 2024 counselling registration for round three is expected to be carried out from Jul 4 to Jul 5.

Manipal Pharmaceutical college admit students to the DPharm programme based on merit in Manipal Entrance Test (MET). The aspirants who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria can register and take the exam. Additionally, the college may also accept applications of candidates with a valid KCET scores. At the time of selection, apart from this exam score, 50% weightage is also of the applicants Class 12 aggregate.
