IIMC does not offer any Bachelors course. It only offers post graduate courses in various media avenues. CUCET is not required to get admitted in journalism and mass communication at University of Madras. Admission is based on score obtained in University of Madras entrance test TANCET and marks in graduation. Basic eligibility is that Candidate must be a graduate from a recognised college /university. Regards.

IIMC is one of the most premium colleges in India for mass communication. Having a degree or Diploma from IIMC will add value to your resume and gives you a credibility as a preferred employee. IIMC's placement cell is also very active and students have been placed in all reputed media organisations. Hello,
It is as simple is that- you can not say film direction is only a job where you expect fix salary on month end, while in animation career there are various streams where you may get into a job as an employee on a fixed salary. I would say job wise animation is good stream than to film direction.
