Hi Manna,
This specialization is not a very common specialization to find. Very few universities offer such unconventional specializations online. The only two universities which I know of are Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business which is starting this specialization. Opt for the course that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission.
If you love journalism, go for it, it's better to change stream now then to regret later.
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest if you have any confusion.

The eligibility depends on the type of course that you wish to pursue, the details of some courses are stated below:
Diploma: Class 10th cleared from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelor's Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT, etc.

No, there are no subjects like maths and physics in the photography course. Subjects that are mainly taught are basics of photography, film camera and processing, selection of shots, etc.
